Kaleidoscope
I take great pleasure exploring the world looking through a lens and framing compositions. Discovering the kaleidoscope app on my iPad flipped a switch on how I was seeing the colors and shapes around me. Shadows on nasturtiums and oxalis become mysterious, lush layers. A pot of daisies is reconfigured into joy. These images exist as photographs on paper and elements on fabric.
